Avocado Lime Salmon
Avocado Lime Salmon pairs tender, pan-seared salmon with a vibrant green sauce made from creamy avocado, fresh coriander, and zesty lime. The cool, silky sauce contrasts beautifully with the warm, rich fish, while toasted pumpkin seeds provide a satisfying crunch. It’s fresh, colorful, and an unexpected way to serve salmon.
Ingredients(2 People)
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ cup fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

Add extra lime juice if you want the sauce to have a sharper, more refreshing flavor.
Method(15 minutes)
- 01 Season the salmon with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- 02 Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes.
- 03 Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes, until cooked through.
- 04 Blend the avocado, coriander, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, yogurt, water, and honey until smooth.
- 05 Toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes.
- 06 Spread the avocado-lime sauce onto two plates and place the salmon on top.
- 07 Garnish with cucumber slices and toasted pumpkin seeds.
