Ingredients(1 Person)

  • BASE
  • Light-Smoked Salmon Portion – 180g
  • Olive Oil – 5ml (1 tsp)
  • MASHED POTATO
  • Boiled Peeled Potatoes – 200g
  • Butter – 20g
  • Cream – 30ml (2 tbsp)
  • Sea Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Cracked Black Pepper – ⅛ tsp
  • SAUTÉED SPINACH
  • Fresh Spinach – 100g
  • Olive Oil – 10ml (2 tsp)
  • Sea Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Cracked Black Pepper – ⅛ tsp

Use Yukon Gold potatoes for a more creamier, buttery flavour and texture!

Method(20 Mins)

  1. 01 Peel your potatoes, boil for around 12 minutes, top with cream and butter slices, then mash.
  2. 02 Cook fresh spinach in olive oil until wilted and bright green, season with salt and pepper.
  3. 03 Bake or grill the Light-Smoked Salmon portion for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  4. 04 Plate your Mashed Potato, Sautéed Spinach and Smoked Salmon portion.
  5. 05 Top the Mashed Potato with fresh chives, season the plate and add a dash of olive oil, enjoy!
