  • BASE
  • Casa della Pasta Takeaway Fresh Spaghetti (boiled) – 80g
  • Olive Oil – 15ml (1 tbsp)
  • Butter – 10g (2 tsp)
  • Chopped Garlic – 5g (1 clove)
  • Thin-Sliced Red Chili – 5g (½ small chili)
  • TOPPING
  • Hot-Smoked Salmon Flakes - 100g
  • Chopped Parsley – 2g (1 tbsp)
  • Grated Parmesan – 10g (1 tbsp)

Method(10 Mins)

  1. 01 Boil your Spaghetti.
  2. 02 Add Olive Oil to a hot pan, then add Chopped Garlic, and Red Chili.
  3. 03 Add in your boiled Spaghetti to the pan, season with salt and top with Butter Cubes.
  4. 04 Flip the Spaghetti to evenly coat it in the flavour, then add the Hot Smoked Salmon Flakes.
  5. 05 Grate Parmesan on top of the Spaghetti, and spinkle Parsley to finish.
  6. 06 Plate your Pasta and enjoy!
