Smoked Salmon Burger
A gourmet take on the classic burger, showcasing a perfectly pan-seared Le Fumoir smoked salmon patty as the star. Layered with creamy avocado, fresh vegetables, and a zesty homemade tartar sauce in a soft brioche bun, it’s a flavorful and elevated way to enjoy smoked salmon beyond the traditional.
Ingredients(1 Person)
- BASE
- Le Fumoir Smoked Salmon Patties – 1 piece
- Brioche Bun – 1
- Olive Oil – 1 tsp
- TOPPINGS
- Avocado – ½ (sliced)
- Tomato – 2 slices
- Lettuce – 2 leaves
- Tartar Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Dash of Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper
- SAUCE
- Mayonnaise – 200 g
- Mustard – 10 g
- Cornichons (chopped) – 27 g
- Capers (chopped) – 40 g
- Parsley (chopped) – 5 g
- Lemon Juice – 2 g

Method(10 Mins)
- 01 Pan-sear the Smoked Salmon Patty with Olive Oil for 2 minutes on each side or until golden and crisp.
- 02 Lightly toast the Brioche Bun.
- 03 Cut avocado into small slices and smash with a fork - season to your liking
- 04 Make Tartar sauce by mixing Mayonnaise, Mustard, Cornichons, Capers, Parsley and Lemon juice together until smooth.
- 05 Spread Tartar sauce on the base of the bun, then spread your avocado, then layer lettuce and tomato.
- 06 Place the Smoked Salmon Patty on top, season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon.
- 07 Place the top bun and enjoy!
