A curated salmon starter and tasting selection featuring a mix of ready-to-eat smoked salmon, salmon tartare cubes, handmade salmon burger patties, and light-smoked salmon portions for baking or grilling. Ideal for a premium sharing experience at home, light entertaining, or sampling a variety of Le Fumoir favourites.

Bundle includes:
• Hand-Sliced Scottish Smoked Salmon D-Cut 100g — hand-sliced, wafer-thin smoked salmon with a refined texture and delicate flavour.
• Norwegian Oak Smoked Salmon 100g — traditionally oak-smoked Norwegian salmon, pre-sliced and ready to serve.
• Beetroot & Orange Smoked Salmon 100g — oak-smoked salmon marinated with beetroot and orange for a vibrant colour and mild citrus finish.
• Salmon Tartare Cubes 200g — light-smoked salmon cubes, ideal for tartare, canapés, starters, salads, or sushi-style dishes.
• Handmade Salmon Burger Patties x2 — two steam-cooked salmon burger patties, ready to eat or lightly pan-seared before serving.
• Light-Smoked Salmon Portions 180g x2 — lightly salted and cured salmon portions, ideal for baking, grilling, or BBQ.

Cooking instructions: Ready-to-eat items should be served chilled. For the salmon burger patties, heat in a pan with a little olive oil for 1 minute on each side until lightly coloured. For the light-smoked salmon portions, bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes at 200°C, or grill/BBQ until cooked to your preference.

Storage & freshness: Keep chilled between 1–3°C. Follow the shelf life shown on each individual pack. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
